As a rule, you need to present at least two valid documents, typically an ID card or passport together with a driving licence. In specific cases, we may also request additional documents confirming identity or eligibility.
A vehicle can be rented for a minimum of 4 days. The rental period is calculated in complete 24-hour intervals.
If the agreed return time is exceeded, a contractual fee of CZK 100 is charged for every started hour of delay.
Please return the vehicle washed and clean, in a condition comparable to the one in which it was handed over. The amount of fuel must be at least the same as at pick-up.
International travel is currently available only in a limited scope and must always be agreed with us in advance. The renter must arrange and pay for assistance or insurance that includes towing the vehicle back to the Czech Republic.
Both the security deposit and the expected rental price are paid when the vehicle is collected. The collision insurance deductible is usually 10%, with a minimum of CZK 10,000; the precise amount may vary depending on the vehicle.
If an accident or damage occurs, stop the vehicle, make the area safe and contact the police. Document the situation with photos, complete an accident report and inform the rental company without unnecessary delay.
If the vehicle is filled with an incorrect type of fuel, the full deposit is forfeited. The renter is also responsible for all repair expenses and any costs caused by the vehicle being out of service.
Smoking in our vehicles is strictly not permitted. Animals may only be transported if this has been expressly approved beforehand.
The renter is responsible for all fines and other penalties arising from traffic offences committed during the rental. For this period, the renter is regarded as the vehicle operator.
Yes. If arranged in advance, the vehicle may be returned to another Car Rental 001 location. An additional charge may apply.
Useful information before renting
Our fleet includes modern passenger cars, automatic vehicles, SUVs and minibuses with 7–9 seats. The vehicles are regularly maintained, cleaned and prepared for rental. Most cars come with unlimited mileage; the exact conditions are confirmed when booking.
The price depends mainly on the chosen vehicle and the duration of the rental. The current amount is shown in the price table for each car and also on our Price list page.
Yes. If agreed with us beforehand, a vehicle can be collected or returned outside the regular opening hours.
Our standard payment method is cash. In some situations, payment by bank transfer can also be arranged in advance.
Many cars in our fleet have a valid Czech motorway vignette. We will confirm whether it is available for the selected vehicle when the booking is arranged.
